HOLA!

I am a Latina that grew up in Miami on a flat land/beaches and in the last few years fell in love with mountains, glaciers, fjords, grasslands, volcanos, temperate rain forests, deserts, canyons, etc!

Living in the United States we are blessed with such diverse topography. I never grew up in hiking but started to in my mid 20s with my then boyfriend and now soon to be husband. One of our lifetime ambitions is to see every National Park! I am little skeptical in how we will reach Gates of the Arctic...but who knows?!

Many of my friends (especially the ones from the flattest state in United States aka Florida) call me crazy. I don't really do "complicated" hikes. All of these hikes are doable with just your two legs; although I do use my trekking poles on most hikes.
I want to inspire more people to go out there and enjoy these majestic views during their lifetime; we only have one life we might as well see what this planet has to offer!
NATIONAL PARKS I have gone to:
Denali
Kenai Fjords
Wind Cave
Mammoth Cave
Rocky Mountains
Badlands
Biscayne
Zion
Everglades
Grand Canyon
Shenandoah
Joshua tree
Cuyahoga
Congaree
Smoky Mountains
Carslbad Caverns
Whitesands
Canyonlands
Arches
Black Canyon of the Gunnison
Capitol Reef

Also, have gone to National Seashores & Forests but too many to list :)
